Stride, Inc. is seeking a Sr Manager of Platform Development to lead the technology direction for our Learning Management Platform and shared services.

You will oversee platform engineering teams, partner with product management, and drive end-to-end delivery of scalable software solutions. The role requires strong leadership, a track record in delivering large-scale systems, and the ability to mentor engineers across onshore and offshore teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, IS, or related field
• 6+ years of software engineering leadership experience
• Strong delivery with full lifecycle of product development

• Partner with technical product management and stakeholders to lead technology direction
• Interface with other engineering groups and enterprise architecture; collaborate on integrations
