Job summary

eClinical Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced E-learning Manager to lead a team that develops comprehensive eLearnings for the elluminate platform. You will collaborate with SMEs and internal clients to align modules with learning initiatives, drive a content strategy, and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will leverage AI, manage production timelines, and mentor junior staff while ensuring accessibility and quality across learning platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience developing eLearning preferred.
• Proficiency with Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems, Data Reporting, and Project Coordination.
• Strong experience with AI as it relates to eLearning development.
• Demonstrates good working relationships with creative teams, training leaders and SMEs.
• Proficiency in production workflow.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Prioritizes multiple on-going projects to meet deadlines.
• Processes feedback effectively and adjusts to provide high-quality products within project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design and development of engaging, self-paced eLearning experiences.
• Leverages AI and emerging learning technologies to enhance content development.
• Uses learning analytics and learner feedback to improve courses.
• Manages lifecycle of eLearning content to stay accurate and relevant.
• Oversees content strategy/roadmap, prioritization and timelines.
• Coordinates content development with SMEs and production teams.
• Develops content using authoring tools and ensures compatibility with major platforms.
• Builds relationships with internal stakeholders and content partners.
• Collaborates with Product, Services and cross-functional teams to translate concepts into content.
• Engages with learners via forums, groups, surveys to gather insights.
• Establishes and promotes eLearning standards and quality guidelines.
• Leads the eLearning team with mentorship and guidance.
