Job summary

Stripe seeks an experienced senior leader to develop and execute strategic partnerships with global and regional banks within the AMER region. You will work with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Risk to define requirements, negotiate agreements, and manage partner relationships that enable Stripe’s Treasury, Issuing, Capital, and MaaS initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years in strategic partnerships or related field.
Advanced knowledge of banking and cross-border payments across geographies.
Experience building/proprietary networks for issuing, payout, or money movement is a plus.
Experience negotiating complex commercial deals with bank partners.
Deep understanding of fintech business models, risk, and compliance.
Proven track record in product-centric environments with cross-functional dependencies.

Responsibilities

Manage Stripe’s bank partner relationships and launch joint initiatives.
Lead partner negotiations, milestone definitions, and deal execution.
Craft partnership and product strategies that support Stripe’s MaaS roadmap.
Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Treasury.
Identify stakeholders and align Stripe with partners’ executive teams.
Oversee planning, negotiations, and expansion with key partners.
Develop new money-movement models and extend Treasury/Issuing/Capital use cases.
Guide teams through execution with metrics and clear processes.
