Job summary

Stripe, a global payments platform, seeks a Partner Development Manager for Link Partnerships to design and grow our payments ecosystem with card networks, issuers, and crypto providers. You will own strategy, drive technical integrations, and negotiate commercial terms to expand Link's payments capabilities and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with card networks, card issuers, digital wallets, or payments infrastructure providers.
• 3+ years of experience negotiating commercial deals with partners, scaling across multiple partners.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with influence at executive levels.
• Technical acumen to understand product strategy and define requirements for scaling products via partnerships.
• Experience identifying, sourcing, and analyzing new partnership opportunities in greenfield segments.
• Ability to thrive with autonomy in a fast-moving organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Link's payments partnership strategy across card networks, issuers, local methods, and crypto/stablecoins.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements to expand Link's acceptance footprint and improve authorization rates.
• Understand card network and issuer landscape to inform partnership strategy and product roadmap.
• Lead partnerships to enable Link as the payments layer for agentic commerce with networks and issuers.
• Coordinate with product, risk, compliance, engineering, and security to drive partner strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape Link's payments product roadmap by partner capabilities.
• Identify stakeholders and educate them on Link's value proposition, aligning Stripe and partners' leadership.
• Analyze new opportunities and present recommendations to decision makers and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex relationship management with a clear vision.
