Job summary

PU Prime is expanding its Partnerships Manager - EMEA in the United States to lead regional growth in Forex and CFD products, building a strong partner network and delivering tailored solutions. You will drive revenue, manage a robust pipeline, and foster long-term relationships with clients and IBs across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• English required with fluency in another major language (e.g., German, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian) or Arabic.
• Direct hands-on experience in Forex/CFD brokerage is required.
• Deep understanding of FX trading, CFDs, and partner models (IBs, affiliates, CPA, institutional partnerships).
• Strong prospecting, closing, negotiation, and pipeline-building skills.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to work independently within a global team.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities in the Forex and CFD market across the EMEA region.
• Build, manage, and scale a pipeline of potential clients, IBs, CPAs, and regional networkers.
• Meet or exceed revenue and volume targets by promoting PU Prime's Forex products and partnership structures.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients and regional partners.
• Deliver tailored Forex solutions and competitive rebate/CPA schedules.
• Stay ahead of regional Forex trends and provide strategic insights to clients.
• Deliver compelling presentations, negotiate terms, and close high-value deals.
• Maintain accurate records, provide sales updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
