Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Customer Service Representative to oversee end-to-end order-to-cash for the assigned line of business in a dynamic environment. You will be the primary contact for customer interactions and order processing, coordinating with sales, key account managers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include managing various customer orders, ensuring on-time delivery, handling complaints and returns, onboarding new customers, and monitoring KPIs related to e-commerce and order

Qualifications

• Experience in order fulfillment or supply chain operations (5+ years).
• GST understanding or equivalent tax basics.
• Experience with SAP order processing and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Service Cloud and Salesforce logistics workflows.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end OTC for the assigned line of business.
• Be the primary contact for customer interactions and order processing.
• Coordinate with sales, key account managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating with Supply Chain.
• Handle customer complaints and returns per policy.
• Support rebate, discount programs and credit notes as needed.
• Onboard new customers and maintain customer master data.
• Analyze sales vs forecast and communicate variations for fulfillment.
• Drive the E-commerce journey and meet functional KPIs.
• File documents per SOX/CRIM and ensure compliance.
