Job summary

Fortive is seeking a Customer Support - Service Desk professional to handle EMEA customer inquiries, coordinating with Service Technicians and Logistics teams in NL, DE, and UK. You’ll process service requests in Oracle, manage RMAs backlog, and ensure smooth logistics for calibration or repair needs.

The role requires English fluency and MS Office skills, with Dutch language as a plus. This is a hybrid, full-time position offering diverse global exposure and growth within Fortive.

Qualifications

• Experience handling incoming emails and phone calls
• Recording administrative tasks in company systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
• Handling customer complaints

Responsibilities

• Work with partners, suppliers, and customers mainly in Europe, Great Britain, MEAT
• Handle internal and external customer inquiries via phone or email
• Create service orders in the systems for equipment coming in for repair or calibration
• Prepare and provide pickup labels, packing lists, and dangerous goods information
• Manage Loaner pools in the UK and NL
• Monitor KPIs via Visual Management and address gaps to target
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
