Job summary

Rhenus SE & Co. KG is seeking a dedicated project management professional to oversee OET projects across EMEA. The role involves coordinating multiple work streams, leading workshops with stakeholders, and delivering targeted training on new tools like ROCS.

You will support onboarding, drive process improvements, and manage executive updates. Responsibilities include maintaining dashboards for operational KPIs, organizing release notes, and providing 2nd line support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a structured overview of OET projects across EMEA.
• Independently manage selected projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate sub-projects and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Design and deliver training sessions on new applications (e.g., ROCS).
• Support onboarding and upskilling on digital tools and processes.
• Lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project updates for executives.
• Provide 2nd level support and report on workloads.
• Lead rollout projects for ROCS, Wave BL, Wisor and similar apps.
