Oetiker Group is seeking a Project Manager in R&D to drive end-to-end development of mechanical and electro-mechanical hand tools for mission-critical connections. You will lead global projects, coordinating with engineering, production and customers to meet ambitious time-to-market, quality and cost targets.

Responsibilities include steering cross-functional teams, validating concepts, and ensuring robust product launches.

• Project management from idea to series production, meeting QCT deliverables.
• Plan, track and report project progress across work packages.
• Lead cross-functional team and manage stakeholders globally.
• Interface with Application Management for project accountability.
• Prepare and document team, project and technical meetings.
• Analyze market and technical requirements and plan activities.
• Define and track criteria for product and process realization.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk analyses for concepts.
• Oversee manufacturing of samples and test results through to series release.
• Manage design and process FMEA activities and risk.
• Foster contacts with strategic customers and partners.
