Job summary

ElringKlinger AG is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage ERP master data, including BOMs, routing, work centers, and equipment. You will prepare preliminary quotations and production data to drive accurate material plans and work orders.

Responsibilities include analyzing production-ERP discrepancies, supporting CIP projects, and implementing CU/BU standards to improve KPIs. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and master data management.
• Strong analytical skills to identify production discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Creating and managing the master data for the following: bill of materials, material master, routing, work center, equipment.
• Drawing up preliminary quotations.
• Determining production data for creating bills of material and work plans.
• Analyzing discrepancies between production and the ERP system and drawing up suitable action plans.
• Assisting with CIP projects.
• Drawing up the standard pricing.
• Drawing up action plans to improve KPIs.
• Implementing the CU and BU standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
