Job summary

Wordly is seeking a bilingual Onboarding Specialist (German and English) to drive customer success by guiding new clients through implementation and adoption of Wordly solutions. You will be the primary contact during onboarding, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver training to ensure clients achieve their goals.

You’ll work in a fast-growing, remote-friendly startup environment, with a focus on great customer experiences, training, and coaching customers to maximize platform usage

Qualifications

• Bilingual German and English required for training and client communication.
• Experience presenting to groups of customers virtually or in-person.
• Experience with onboarding or implementation of software platforms.
• Strong customer-focus and ability to advocate for customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer’s main onboarding contact and understand their business needs.
• Own the onboarding process and coordinate with internal teams for a smooth timeline.
• Lead onboarding kick-offs, training sessions, escalation calls, and ad-hoc meetings.
• Train customers on platform usage through coaching sessions and written/email support.
• Provide technical and consultative support to customers and share best practices.
