Job summary

Cresta is seeking a highly strategic EMEA Marketing Manager for London, with remote or Spain-based options. The role focuses on building and scaling the regional marketing function, driving pipeline, accelerating deals, and aligning with Cresta's global strategy.

You will partner with regional sales in Spain and collaborate with global teams to expand Cresta's presence across Europe while delivering measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Proven success leading EMEA marketing programmes.
• Experience operating within a global marketing organisation.
• Strong enterprise field marketing and ABM experience.
• Demonstrated impact on pipeline and revenue growth.
• Ability to balance regional nuance with global brand consistency.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Cresta's EMEA marketing strategy aligned to regional pipeline and global priorities.
• Translate global campaigns and product launches into regional plans.
• Own and deliver the regional marketing plan across field events, ABM, digital programs, executive engagement, and sponsorships.
• Partner with EMEA Sales to drive pipeline creation and acceleration.
• Bridge EMEA Sales and Global Marketing and share regional insights for messaging and roadmap decisions.
• Track, measure, and report marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
• Build the foundation for scaling the EMEA marketing team over time.
• Own field marketing in Spain and across the region, including in-market events.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on localization and accurate local-language materials.
• Build Cresta's CX community presence in Spain, the UK and beyond through events and speaking opportunities.
