Job summary

Cresta is seeking an experienced EMEA Marketing Manager to build and scale our regional marketing function with a focus on Spain. This is the first dedicated marketing hire in EMEA, reporting to the VP International Marketing, and driving pipeline and brand presence while aligning with global campaigns.

You will collaborate with regional sales leadership in Spain, London, and the UK, and help shape localization, field events, and ABM programs as Cresta expands internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Proven success leading EMEA or regional marketing programmes.
• Experience operating within a global marketing organisation.
• Strong enterprise field marketing and ABM experience.
• Demonstrated impact on pipeline and revenue growth.
• Ability to balance regional nuance with global brand consistency.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with the VP of International Marketing, develop and execute the company’s EMEA marketing strategy.
• Translate global campaigns and product launches into regional execution plans.
• Own and deliver the regional marketing plan across events, ABM, digital programmes, executive engagement, and sponsorships.
• Partner with EMEA Sales to drive pipeline creation and acceleration.
• Act as the bridge between EMEA Sales and Global Marketing.
• Provide regional insights to inform global messaging, campaigns, and roadmap decisions.
• Track, measure, and report on marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
• Build the foundation for scaling the EMEA marketing team over time.
• Own and execute field marketing in Spain and across the region.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on localization and local-language materials.
• Build presence in local CX communities by organizing events and speaking opportunities.
