Qualifications

• 10 years+ experience in growth, strategy, business operations or quantitative analytics with meaningful outcomes.
• Developed country, regional or multi-market strategies and translated them into focused execution plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including forecasting and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Build country strategies for key European markets and translate strategy into local action.
• Drive growth, engagement, retention, conversion and monetization using data and experimentation.
• Lead market expansion and localization with scalable launch frameworks.
• Turn strategy into execution by moving initiatives from diagnosis to delivery and iteration.
• Align cross-functional teams across Product, Growth, Marketing, Brand, Partnerships, Finance, Research, Operations and Compliance around shared outcomes.
• Represent regional insight to shape global roadmaps and decisions.
