Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management, with senior or executive leadership in B2B software/SaaS across global/EMEA markets.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI/ML-powered products and defining AI strategy.
• Ability to assess product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead product assessments for investment firms and portfolio companies across the EMEA lifecycle.
• Evaluate product strategy, roadmap, and GTM across EMEA markets.
• Assess AI/ML integration, model risks, and data privacy implications in product offerings.
• Analyse product-market fit, localization needs, and growth projections for EMEA.
• Review product team structure and delivery capability for distributed teams.
• Conduct executive interviews and market research to inform investment decisions.
• Synthesize findings into investment-grade deliverables for deal teams.
• Communicate complex product and market dynamics to investors and leadership across EMEA.
• Advise portfolio company leaders on strategy and capability development post-close.
