Job summary

OpenAI Finance seeks an experienced OTC lead to scale order management, billing, and AR in the EMEA region, with a focus on automation and AI-enabled improvements. You will own the end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle for your portfolio and partner across Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success to drive scalable, high-integrity processes.

Based in Dublin, this hybrid role offers relocation assistance and a path to shape OpenAI's operating model as the business grows

Qualifications

• Extensive end-to-end OTC experience across order-to-cash lifecycle.
• Experience with high-growth, complex environments.
• SOX-aware documentation and control practices.
• Ability to lead with automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with GTM, Legal, Sales, and Engineering.
• Hands-on problem solving with a bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OTC execution from order intake to cash collection.
• Define and improve processes, policies, and controls.
• Lead offshore BPO governance and queue management.
• Partner with Finance Systems, Product, Engineering, and operations.
• Develop scalable SOPs, playbooks, dashboards, and operating cadences.
• Identify automation and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
