Job summary

MinIO is seeking a hands-on marketing leader to drive regional strategy for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). You will translate global initiatives into localized programs that fuel pipeline and revenue growth across diverse markets.

Based in London or flexible for remote EMEA, you will own the regional marketing plan, budget, and calendar, partnering with Sales, Channel & Alliances, and Global Marketing to accelerate demand through events, ABM, co-marketing, and partner programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years leading field, partner, or event marketing in EMEA.
• Proven track record translating global strategy into regional execution.
• Hands-on channel and alliance experience delivering joint demand generation programs.
• Deep familiarity with EMEA resellers, distributors, and systems integrators, including their marketing planning and budget cycles.
• Analytical mindset with dashboards, evaluating data, and optimizing budget allocation.

Responsibilities

• Turn global campaigns into localized, ABM programs for EMEA.
• Build and run the EMEA field marketing calendar.
• Support MinIO’s presence at key EMEA industry events with partner co-sponsorships and joint demos.
• Adapt content/assets for EMEA languages, markets, and buyers.
• Execute global partner programs in EMEA and lead regional execution.
• Build and manage joint marketing plans with European channel partners and shared KPIs.
• Run co-marketing initiatives to accelerate deal registrations and partner-sourced revenue.
• Adapt partner toolkits and drive ongoing adoption.
