Job summary

Marrina Decisions is seeking a mid-level Regional Marketing Program Manager to lead B2B event marketing across Western Europe. You will own regional events—partner workshops, customer summits, and webinars—coordinating with strategic partners and prospective customers in the mapping and location intelligence space.

As a key marketing team member, you will craft promotional copy, drive regional email campaigns, and oversee end-to-end event tasks to ensure strong pipeline and brand presence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, focusing on event marketing or program management.
• Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS, mapping technology, GIS or location intelligence is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing virtual webinars and in-person events or trade shows.
• Excellent copywriting skills to distill technical B2B concepts into event promotions and emails.
• Hands-on experience with marketing metrics and reporting.
• Exceptional organizational and task-management skills with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a regional calendar of marketing events across Western Europe (in-person, partner-led, and virtual).
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including platform setup, venue coordination, vendor management, and budget tracking.
• Develop and manage comprehensive task lists and timelines for flawless event execution.
• Act as the primary liaison with regional partners; collaborate on co-marketing initiatives and joint events.
• Lead copywriting for event registrations, social posts, and webinar abstracts; adapt messaging for a Western European B2B audience.
• Lead regional email marketing campaigns to drive registrations, reminders, and post-event nurturing.
