Job summary

SiTime Corporation seeks a Field Marketing Manager for EMEA to translate global campaigns into regional programs, building awareness and pipeline. You’ll work with Director, Growth Marketing and regional sales leadership to tailor messaging and programs that drive regional success.

This is the first dedicated field marketing hire in EMEA; you will establish the regional playbook, partner with distribution and reps, and ensure global programs land effectively while reporting on ROMI and

Qualifications

Experience building regional marketing plans that drive qualified pipeline.
Ability to localize global campaigns for regional relevance and buying behavior.
Proven track record running end-to-end regional events (trade shows, seminars, webinars).
Strong collaboration with regional sales leadership and distribution partners.

Responsibilities

Translate global campaigns into regional programs to build awareness and pipeline.
Partner with sales and corporate marketing to inform investments and programs for the region.
Own regional event programs from planning to lead follow-up and ROMI reporting.
Manage regional budget and report spend, pipeline contribution, and outcomes.
