Job summary

PolyAI is seeking a Senior Manager, EMEA Marketing to own the regional strategy and pipeline across EMEA. You’ll lead field events, campaigns and webinars to build awareness among enterprise buyers and developers, adapting global programs to local markets.

You will report insights to senior leadership, coach internal teams and agencies, and partner with Sales to maximize lead quality, routing and attribution. Travel for in-person events is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B marketing, with field events and campaigns experience.
• Experience marketing a platform, developer or technical product, and PLG-to-SLG transition understanding.
• Proven track record owning a regional marketing plan and budget with measurable pipeline impact.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA markets, including regulatory differences (GDPR).
• Experience managing people, agencies and vendors, building a collaborative team culture.
• Close partnership with Sales leadership on lead quality, routing and attribution (Salesforce and marketing automation).
• Clear, collaborative communication with technical audiences and senior executives.
• Willingness to travel for in-person events.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA marketing plan, budget and pipeline targets; align with regional Sales leadership.
• Lead field events program across EMEA from strategy to on-site execution.
• Run webinars and virtual events with local language and time-zone relevance.
• Build integrated campaigns with Demand Gen, Content and Product Marketing; target registrations, meetings and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Developer Marketing and Product on platform events (workshops, hackathons, meetups).
• Define handoffs from product-led signals to Sales and Partnerships with lead routing and follow-up plays.
• Manage relationships with regional partners, agencies and vendors; oversee contracts.
• Report on cost per outcome, conversions and ROI; adjust plan with data.
