Job summary

Serval is seeking a Senior Field Marketing & ABM professional to build our EMEA motion from the ground up in London. You’ll partner with Sales to craft high-impact, regional programs across UK&I, DACH, Benelux, and the Nordics, challenging the status quo with bold, creative campaigns.

You’ll own the design and execution of 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many experiences, orchestrate ABM across channels, and measure impact through engagement and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in field, experiential, growth, or ABM marketing.
• Experience running programs across multiple European markets.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and intent tools (6sense, Demandbase).
• Proven track record of running regional field programs and ABM campaigns that drove pipeline.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
• Deep experience partnering with Sales teams for Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
• Willingness to travel 25%, up to 50% seasonally.

Responsibilities

• Define the EMEA go-to-market strategy for field programs across UK&I, DACH, Benelux, and Nordics.
• Design 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many field marketing experiences aligned to opportunities.
• Orchestrate ABM programs across channels with cross-country execution.
• Partner with Sales to prioritize accounts, understand territory dynamics, and influence deal strategy.
• Adapt global programs for Europe and share successful ideas back to the US.
• Track impact via account engagement, pilots, velocity, and revenue.
• Provide feedback to Sales leadership to improve territory strategy and program effectiveness.
• Test unconventional tactics and push boundaries to surprise prospects.
