Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking an experienced Event Manager for DACH & Benelux to lead our trade show presence across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, with some Nordic support. Berlin, Germany is the on-site location.

You will own the full lifecycle from strategy to post-event reporting, driving pipeline growth and brand presence. Strong English and German, travel readiness, and SaaS/IT experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing B2B trade shows or conferences, preferably in SaaS/IT/cybersecurity.
• Experience with flagship DACH region events like it-sa and CloudFest is a plus.
• Strong understanding of how events fit into the marketing/sales funnel.
• Excellent organization and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel across DACH, Benelux, and occasionally Nordics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of trade shows and conferences across DACH & Benelux, with Nordic support as needed.
• Develop event strategies aligned with regional marketing, sales, and business goals.
• Manage vendor relationships from sourcing to contract execution (booths, AV, catering, travel).
• Oversee logistics: booth design, signage, staffing, shipping, on-site setup/breakdown.
• Manage budgets and ROI, track spend, and deliver post-event reporting.
• Coordinate travel, inventory, promotional materials, and swag; support marketing ops.
