Responsibilities

• Work with a predefined group of our largest and most important customers; establish connections with partners ranging from support agents to CxOs.
• Use consultative phone skills to communicate clearly, listen actively, inspire, project confidence and overcome objections.
• Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are accurately predicted and information regarding the opportunity is communicated appropriately.
• Bring enthusiasm and energy to work.
• Other duties as needed.
