Federato is an AI-native platform transforming insurance; we seek a senior enterprise sales leader with experience in insurance technology and live deals to own go-to-market across EMEA. You will build pipelines, engage senior buyers, and lead multi-stakeholder cycles from prospecting to close.

Ideal candidates have a strong network in insurance leadership, experience selling core platforms to carriers/MGAs, and a track record across European markets.

Qualifications

• Significant enterprise sales leadership experience in insurance tech or core systems.
• Active involvement in live deals in the insurance software market.
• Track record selling core platforms to carriers and MGAs.
• Experience selling across multiple European countries.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market execution across EMEA.
• Build a focused pipeline of insurers and buyers with an active need to modernize core systems.
• Develop relationships with senior economic buyers and decision-makers.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close.
• Shape market prioritization by identifying where core-system replacement demand is strongest.
• Partner closely with internal teams to refine account strategy, positioning, and market feedback.
• Help establish Federato's EMEA commercial presence and sales motion.
