Veeam Software seeks a UK-based Director, Commercial Legal to lead the EMEA Commercial Legal team. You will negotiate high‑value software and SaaS agreements and serve as a key advisor to the sales organization, balancing legal risk with commercial opportunity.

You will coach a team of four to five lawyers, collaborate closely with Sales and Deal Desk, and drive global best practices. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑growing tech company.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast‑paced legal team.
• Extensive experience negotiating software, SaaS, and tech agreements.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with business partner alignment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, and other stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EMEA Commercial Legal team and act as escalation point.
• Negotiate and close high‑value software and services contracts.
• Provide practical, commercially‑minded legal advice balancing risk and business needs.
• Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize opportunities and manage pipeline.
• Develop training and guidance for Sales and other stakeholders on contracting processes.
• Foster a positive, collaborative global team culture and continuous improvement.
