Qualifications

• Significant B2B marketing experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, or IT services.
• Strong experience developing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience managing campaigns across multiple countries or markets.
• Translate global campaign strategies into effective regional and local execution.
• Strong understanding of digital demand generation (email, paid, web, nurture).
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Understand the B2B buyer journey and lead management processes.
• Ability to analyze funnel performance and translate data into actions.
• Excellent project management and collaboration with sales/SDR teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of integrated demand generation programmes across EMEA.
• Translate global campaign strategies into regional programmes aligned to EMEA priorities and sales needs.
• Build multi-channel campaigns across paid and owned channels (email, digital, content, SDR activation).
• Develop campaign journeys moving audiences from awareness to qualified demand and pipeline.
• Coordinate activity across countries to maximise impact and avoid duplication.
• Partner with sales and SDR teams for follow-up and progression of demand.
