Customer.io is seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to own our in-person events across EMEA. You will lead field events, hosted experiences, and conferences, and run our monthly EMEA webinar, partnering with Demand Gen, Content, Design, Partnerships, and EMEA Sales to create events that feel polished and distinctly "us" for the region.

Based in the UK or Ireland, you’ll collaborate across time zones, manage end-to-end logistics, and ramp within 90 days.

Formación

• 4+ years in event marketing within B2B SaaS.
• Experience running in-person events across formats (field events, conferences).
• Experience running webinars (monthly cadence).
• Strong project management across timelines, teams, and time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the EMEA in-person events calendar across field events, hosted experiences, conferences, and activations.
• Partner with Events Team and Demand Gen to define goals, audiences, formats, and metrics for EMEA.
• Evaluate sponsorships, speaking slots, and formats against goals.
• Develop assets with Content, Brand, Product Marketing, and Sales for cohesive regional events.
• Manage registration, pre-event comms, and attendee experience from first touch to follow-up.
• Run monthly EMEA webinars end-to-end: topic selection, registration, promotion, and localization.
• Track event ROI, share insights, and optimize for pipeline impact.
