Tremendous is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager, International. This fully remote role focuses on growing our international business across Europe and testing new markets.

You will own regional strategy, drive campaigns with sales and global marketing, adapt messaging for local audiences, and run webinars, partnerships, and events to generate qualified leads. You will tailor paid and organic strategies, analyze funnel performance, and prioritize languages, websites, and content to build

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, including ownership of international programs.
• Experience tailoring marketing strategies to individual countries and testing opportunities in new markets.
• Strong understanding of paid media, organic acquisition, and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience running webinars, events, partnerships, or other regional programs.
• Strong analytical skills with CRM and analytics tools.
• Proven ability to align sales and marketing around shared priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set regional priorities: Own the international marketing plan with strategy and sales alignment.
• Test new markets with fast, cost-effective tests across EMEA, APAC, LATAM.
• Coordinate campaigns: brief global owners on regional priorities and ensure execution.
• Shape local messaging with insights to adapt campaigns for international buyers.
• Drive localization: prioritize languages and pages for credible local presence.
• Run regional programs: webinars, partnerships, conferences, and regional events.
• Partner with sales to align campaigns with regional priorities and measure lead quality.
• Own regional results: report on qualified leads and signups with pipeline visibility.
• Use data to decide what to scale, adjust, or stop.
