Job summary

GitLab, the intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the EMEA Deal Desk team and partner with the Field Organization to optimize quoting, pricing, and bookings. You will own the regional service model and act as the escalation point for complex transactions, delivering executive-ready deal insights.

Ideal candidates bring multiple years of Deal Desk/Revenue Operations leadership in enterprise SaaS, deep pricing knowledge, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Several years of manager experience in Deal Desk, Pricing Strategy, or Revenue Operations in enterprise SaaS.
• Solid understanding of SaaS pricing models and public-company compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Deal Desk team, including hiring, enablement, and the regional operating rhythm.
• Own the end-to-end service model for Deal Desk and Order Management, scaling with the company's growth.
• Serve as the regional escalation point for complex transactions and provide executive-ready insights on deal quality.
