Job summary

Supabase is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to drive adoption across startups and enterprises. You will own the customer journey from discovery through value realization, designing technical solutions on the Supabase platform and leading proof-of-value engagements.

Work with Growth and Support teams to size deals, provide usage estimates, and guide customers toward scalable outcomes. You will become a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships and advocating for customers within

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong background with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Experience in web app development with Python, C# and popular JS frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte) and Node.js.
• Excellent communication translating business needs to technical outcomes.
• Well-organized storyteller with stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with project management and revenue tools (HubSpot, BigQuery).
• Experience leading customer-facing engagements to deliver tech/business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to uncover objectives and define success criteria for the Supabase platform.
• Design, build, and present platform demonstrations; size deals with Growth team.
• Onboard customers with emails/docs/webinars to promote rapid deployment and growth.
