Job summary

PCMA Marketing Manager, Community & Events, will lead planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen member engagement, increase participation in community programs, and support event registration and membership growth.

Working with the Global Community and Events Marketing Manager, you translate program priorities into coordinated campaigns across email, web, social, content, community, and partner channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Five years of experience in integrated marketing, event marketing, membership marketing, or related field.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns and managing multiple projects.
• Strong writing and editing skills for audience-focused communications.
• Experience with email marketing, CMS, CRM/marketing automation, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Comfort using marketing analytics to improve campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support community programs, BEIW, PCMA Foundation marketing plans.
• Coordinate audience segmentation, schedules, web updates, and channel execution.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, web, social, content, and partners.
• Maintain campaign calendars, deadlines, and asset requirements.
• Support on-site marketing and engagement at PCMA events.
