Reddit is seeking a strategic leader to head the International Community Team for EMEA. You will define the roadmap for activation and moderation across key markets and build an international playbook for scalable community growth.

Lead a team of Community Specialists, recruit and train local experts, and collaborate with Growth, Product, and Engineering to drive KPIs, insights, and regional initiatives while reporting to the Director, International Community.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in community management or marketing operations with leadership exposure.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution across regions.
• Strong collaboration across Growth, Product, Engineering and other teams.

Responsabilités

• Craft and champion the regional community strategy aligned to business goals.
• Iterate and scale the community and moderator growth playbook for key markets.
• Inspire regional teams to run impactful programs and enable continuous learning.
• Recruit, onboard, and train local community specialists in focus markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and execute new initiatives.
• Gather regional insights and report results to internal stakeholders.
• Lead, coach and develop the regional team with clear priorities and milestones.
• Own community-health and growth outcomes across priority markets.
• Coordinate with Content, Growth, Product and safety to surface local needs.
