Job summary

Outset is seeking an EMEA Marketing Lead to build Outset's presence across the region. As our first marketing hire in EMEA, you'll own regional field marketing, tradeshows, and community programs that bring the right people into Outset's orbit and turn relationships into pipeline.

This hands-on role will work with the EMEA Sales team and the broader US marketing group, shaping regional strategy, events, and content. The position starts remotely and may transition to four days onsite in London.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing with a track record in field marketing and events in EMEA.
• Experience owning tradeshows and hosted events from concept through follow-up.
• Strong relationship-building and ability to bring people together.
• Excellent project management: budgets, vendors, programs.
• Strong writing and communication, adaptable messaging across markets.
• Familiarity with CRM marketing tools, especially HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute an EMEA marketing plan with Sales, prioritizing markets, audiences, and programs that generate awareness and pipeline.
• Own our regional tradeshow strategy and execution, from selecting events to sponsorships and follow-up.
• Create Outset-hosted experiences that people want to attend, including executive dinners and community meetups.
• Build lasting relationships with researchers, insights leaders, customers, industry communities, and regional partners.
• Develop creative activations that help Outset stand out and engage audiences.
• Partner with the US marketing team to adapt campaigns for regional audiences.
• Own regional program budgets, vendors, timelines, and logistics.
• Measure and improve program performance across target-account engagement, meetings, pipeline, and cost efficiency.
• Bring insights from local customers to inform messaging and future campaigns.
