Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a quota-carrying enterprise sales leader for a regional cloud security role across the EMEA region, with a base in London or the UAE. You will build, co-sell, and close opportunities alongside a major cloud security platform vendor and a leading hyperscale cloud provider.

Focus on becoming the go-to services partner by driving new logo acquisition, partner enablement, and regional field engagement.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, ideally cloud security, CNAPP, SIEM, or MDR.
• Proven track record of partner-led and co-sell selling with hyperscalers, security vendors, or channel partners.
• Solid understanding of cloud security concepts (CNAPP, CSPM, CDR) and enterprise security operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage regional pipeline of cloud-native application protection opportunities sourced via partner channels, handling deals $300k–$1M+ in ARR.
• Develop co-sell relationships with field sellers at the cloud security vendor, hyperscale security teams, and channel partners.
• Manage deal registration, margins, and partner-led close motions with accurate attribution across the region.
• Plan and run regional field marketing events and partner programs to generate qualified pipeline.
• Provide enablement to partner sellers on AI-driven security operations and managed detection/response offerings.
• Coordinate with enterprise sales directors on account strategy and bring in cloud security architects to secure technical wins.
