Job summary

Radformation, a remote-first company focused on Radiation Oncology workflow automation, is seeking a Clinical Success Manager to partner with clinics across regions, delivering training and driving adoption of our automation tools.

You will mentor clinics, gather feedback, and collaborate with the sales and technical teams to optimize clinical workflows and patient safety. Remote role with travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in clinical treatment planning.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for excellence in patient care.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Fluent in Italian and/or German (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Demo, install, and train clinics on Radformation’s automation tools.
• Understand clinics’ issues and provide solutions independently or with programming team.
• Collaborate with EMEA sales to demonstrate software and train clinics.
• Proactively check in with customers to hear feedback and share features.
• Host webinars to answer questions and highlight features.
• Develop training materials for clinics.
• Collaborate with clinics on research projects and recruit reference sites with the EMEA sales team.
• Attend congresses and on-site meetings to demonstrate the software and meet clinicians (Up to 15% travel).
