Radformation is a fully remote company pioneering Radiation Oncology workflow automation. We seek a Clinical Success Manager to train clinics, troubleshoot, and mentor users nationwide, ensuring optimal treatment planning workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical dosimetry experience using Eclipse TPS.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Train clinics on Radformation's suite of automation tools.
• Collaborate with clinics to understand issues and provide solutions with/without programming team.
• Conduct Rad Review with current customers annually to collect feedback and reduce churn.
• Host webinars to answer clinics' questions and highlight features.
• Test new software versions to aid development and QA.
• Develop training materials for clinics.
