Job summary

SOL Mental Health in New York is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join a collaborative clinician-centered team with the structure, support, and tools to do your best work.

You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and/or children, with strong clinical judgment and opportunities for professional growth within a hybrid office setting at 53rd and Madison.

Qualifications

• Active NY license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) required.
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

What You Bring

• Active, independent license in NY (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
