Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY in McClellan Park, CA is seeking Embroidery Operators for the 2nd shift. You’ll load designs, hoop garments, choose thread colors, and produce quality embroidery on Tajima machinery to meet daily production goals.

Join a production team that values accuracy and on-time delivery. Candidates need a HS diploma, 1–2 years in warehouse/manufacturing, and Excel proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus. Overtime may be required during peak season.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED (required).
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tajima embroidery machinery; no prior machine experience required to apply.
• Work with area Supervisor to meet daily safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Execute daily schedule; handle pre- and post-production needs.
• Inspect products for accuracy against order specifications.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Maintain excellent attendance; work seasonal mandatory overtime as needed.
