PepWear is seeking a skilled Embroidery Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Tajima embroidery machines, threading, hooping garments, and performing quality control in a fast-paced setting.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and teamwork to meet production schedules while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an embroidery operator, preferably with Tajima machines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Skilled in hooping garments accurately.
• Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tajima embroidery machines efficiently and accurately.
• Thread embroidery machines and prepare them for production runs.
• Hoop garments properly to ensure precise embroidery placement.
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any machine malfunctions or production issues promptly.
