Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A Varsity Brands company, located at McClellan Park, CA, is hiring a Production Associate/Embroidery Specialist to support screen-printed materials. The role involves producing, coating, and cleaning screens, performing quality checks, loading materials, and moving items through the facility.

Must ensure accuracy and high-quality output. Hours are Mon–Fri, 2:00pm–10:00pm, with 40 hours weekly and mandatory overtime during peak season.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with embroidery machines and software.
• Ability to spot errors and ensure precise stitching.
• Capable of troubleshooting machine issues and making necessary adjustments.
• Understanding of design principles to assist in the creation of appealing patterns.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders, observe specifications, and prepare the area to print multi‑color work.
• Quality check decorated garments to customer specs.
• Monitor stitching process for high‑quality output; check for defects.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Keep track of production schedules and inventory levels of materials.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively in English with team members and stakeholders.
