Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, in Indianapolis, seeks an Embroidery Operator to manage the embroidery process from design gathering to finished goods. You’ll load designs, hoop fabrics, select thread colors and ensure on-time delivery of quality products.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm with mandatory overtime including some Saturdays and Sundays. A team-focused, safety-conscious approach is essential in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is a bonus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tajima Electronic Automatic Embroidery Machinery - no previous experience on the machines needed to apply.
• Work with area Supervisor and team leads on goals of safety, quality, delivery and productivity.
• Execute the daily schedule, including pre-production and post-production needs.
• Inspect all products for accuracy of order specifications.
• Troubleshoot any issues with machines as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
