Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is hiring an Embroidery Operator for our production facility in Indianapolis. You will manage embroidery designs, load them into Tajima machines, ensure proper design placement, hooping and thread colors, and deliver high-quality finished products.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm with mandatory overtime, including some weekends. Prior warehouse experience and attention to detail are valued; bilingual abilities are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in embroidery setup and production.
• Strong communication and team coordination to meet daily goals.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tajima Electronic Automatic Embroidery Machinery.
• Collaborate with area supervisor and leads to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Execute daily production schedule including pre/post-production needs.
• Inspect products for order accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and maintain equipment.
• Maintain orderly and safe work area.
