Job summary

PepWear is seeking a skilled Embroidery Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will operate Tajima embroidery machines, thread and hoop garments, and perform quality checks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout production.

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Cedar Hill facility (1540 High Meadows Way). The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and reliable operation across the shift from 2:45 p.m.

Qualifications

• Experience as an embroidery operator, Tajima machines preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tajima embroidery machines efficiently and accurately.
• Thread embroidery machines and prepare them for production runs.
• Hoop garments properly to ensure precise embroidery placement.
• Monitor machine operation and adjust as needed to maintain quality.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products to meet standards.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any machine malfunctions or production issues promptly.
