Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, seeks an Embroidery Operator for our production facility in Indianapolis. You will load designs, hoop, set thread colors, and run Tajima embroidery machines to produce high-quality products on schedule.

This onsite role requires attention to detail, strong energy, and the ability to follow work orders and schedules. Shifts run 3:00pm–11:30pm with mandatory overtime, including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tajima Electronic Automatic Embroidery Machinery.
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Execute daily pre- and post-production tasks.
• Inspect orders for accuracy against specifications.
• Troubleshoot machine issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
