ZGF Architects in New York, NY seeks a Sustainable Design Analyst with 3+ years of experience to support design teams on higher education, transit, healthcare, civic and commercial projects. You will lead LCAs, advance daylighting and energy analyses, and help pursue WELL, LEED, Living Building Challenge and related certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with sustainable standards (LEED, WELL, LBC; Passive House training asset).
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Science or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite; modeling and scripting assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop design strategies with architecture teams, consultants, and clients to meet sustainable goals.
• Lead project LCAs and drive design optimization across multiple projects.
• Support certification efforts (WELL, LEED, Living Building Challenge, Zero Carbon).
• Communicate analyses via visuals and data-driven graphics to clients and teams.
• Research products and materials for sustainability, health, and performance.
• Develop workflows for LCA, carbon intensity, and other analyses; train staff.
