Qualifications

• Experience with HIL testing platforms (e.g., Opal-RT).
• Knowledge of CAN/J1939 data links.
• Experience coordinating global testing teams preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop test automation scripts for embedded control systems.
• Coordinate daily with offshore engineering teams.
• Define software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop boundaries.
• Configure and maintain the HIL framework for testing.
• Mentor offshore team members and review test results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test objectives.
• Analyze requirements and ensure test plans meet verification goals.
