Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
• Proven track record hiring for Engineering, Product, Data and GTM roles on international across EMEA, AMER and APAC.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across Tech and Go-to-Market to translate needs into recruiting strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from job briefing to offer stage.
• Utilize AI-powered recruitment tools to attract diverse, top-tier talent across global markets.
• Advise hiring teams on best practices, structured interviewing and candidate experience.
• Help build scalable hiring processes and stay ahead of industry trends.
