Job summary

Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) seeks a motivated Support Engineer to maintain our reputation for delivering industry-leading customer support across a broad portfolio of embedded computing products. You will analyze issues, configure hardware and software, and provide clear, technically accurate responses to customers.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and sales to resolve problems, identify trends, and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer/Software engineering or equivalent.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite at Verona, WI.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance and troubleshooting for embedded hardware designs.
• Assemble and configure hardware and software to reproduce issues.
• Write technically accurate responses to customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and sales to resolve issues.
• Identify trends and implement corrective actions to reduce issues.
• Maintain documentation of support interactions in the tracking system.
