Job summary

Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking a highly motivated Support Engineer to help maintain our reputation for delivering customer support across embedded computing products. You will answer initial inquiries and coordinate cross-department efforts to resolve issues.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to work onsite at our Verona, WI facility, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, onsite at Verona, WI.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance and troubleshooting for embedded computing products.
• Assemble, configure hardware/software to reproduce issues and assist resolution.
• Draft technically accurate responses and coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, QA, and sales.
• Identify trends in inquiries and contribute to corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation of support interactions in the tracking system.
