Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 3–5 years hardware and firmware development experience.
• Strong understanding of power electronics and signal integrity.
• Experience with microcontrollers, sensors, and communication interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop firmware; supervise PCBA layout for motor controllers and embedded systems.
• Select components considering performance, availability, lifecycle and cost.
• Support PCB layout for signal integrity, power, and thermal performance.
• Collaborate with clients, 3rd-party engineers, technicians, and sales on designs.
• Define and support DFM, DFA, and DFT requirements.
• Support prototype bring-up, debugging, and validation testing.
• Maintain knowledge via continuous education.
• Adhere to safety policies and report unsafe activity.
• Contribute to team goals and perform additional duties as needed.
